The following terms apply to all purchases in galgar.se and from Instore Agency AB (556710-7585). The terms apply in cases where no other written agreements have been entered into. Facts and price information are provided with a reservation for typos or any incorrect graphics.
Most products in the webshop are stock items and are delivered within 15 days from our warehouse with a reservation for any final sales or delivery disruptions. Products with a longer delivery time are normally specified specifically in the webshop.
The prices stated in the webshop are stated in Swedish kronor. The prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping that is added when summing the shopping cart. At present, purchases are handled in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Contact customer service to see the possibility of delivery to additional countries.
Environmental fee for bags is included in the prices.
Instore Agency immediately sends an order confirmation to the specified email address as confirmation of the purchase made in accordance with this agreement. We reserve the right to postpone the confirmed delivery in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any corrections or objections to confirmed orders can be made at the latest until the order has been sent from our warehouse.

Instore Agency hires forwarding companies to deliver the goods to the delivery address for companies or to the nearest delivery point for private customers according to your choice in the webshop. Shippingcost is 485 SEK per carton.
In the event of a defect in the product or delivery, this must be notified to the Instore Agency in writing no later than 7 days after receipt of the product. Damage that has occurred during shipping must be notified to the carrier upon receipt of the goods. For private individuals, it is possible to cancel the purchase by returning the item within 14 days of receiving the order. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer. The right to cancel the order only applies if the product and its original packaging are in unchanged condition. The return must be well packaged. To be able to handle your case more quickly, we ask you to state in writing the order number, article number and what the case applies to in the event of a complaint or regretted purchase.
In the event of a dispute, the Instore Agency follows the recommendations of the General Complaints Board of Sweden.
